We are on most insurance panels but it is best that you verify with your insurance if your specific plan accepts us. Medical, Physical therapy and Chiropractic have different coverages so verify if Brendan Bagley is a provider for Physical Therapy and Gary Olsen is a provider for Chiropractic. If Dr. Rodier is a provider then Jarrod Bagley and LeeAnn Klemetson are also providers since they are part of the medical team.

We schedule sufficient time to adequately answer all your questions and
concerns. Because of the amount of time allocated to each service,
we require 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment.
